Supply Chain Vulnerabilities Exposed
The vulnerability of current supply chain dependencies was starkly illustrated when U.S. drone manufacturer Skydio found itself cut off from Chinese battery supplies after Beijing blacklisted the company in October. The sanctions came in response to Skydio’s business activities in Taiwan and Ukraine, where its drones are being used by the National Fire Agency and in the ongoing conflict with Russia, respectively.
